From detailed display models to practical workshop parts, the Creality Unicorn Hardened 0.4 mm Nozzle is a versatile replacement for everyday Maker projects. Its 0.4 mm opening provides a practical balance between detail and printing speed.
The tri-metal construction combines a wear-resistant hardened steel tip with a copper alloy body for heat transfer. An integrated titanium alloy heatbreak helps limit heat travelling into the cold section of the hotend.
The Unicorn design combines the nozzle and heatbreak into one replaceable assembly, simplifying maintenance on compatible printers. Its hardened tip is useful when printing suitable abrasive materials, including selected carbon-fibre-filled filaments, provided your printer supports them.
